ATG Access Fundraising Challenge
April 23, 2021
In September, a dedicated team of ATG Access staff completed the 3 Peaks of Yorkshire Challenge raising approximatley £3,500 for Manchester Central Library Development Trust to support the Read Manchester / Manchester Libraries Book Gifting Campaign. The courageous team trekked for 24 miles and an overall ascent of 1585m, and smashed it within just 12 hours! The team raised approximately £7,000 in total which was split we our friends, the We Love Manchester Charity. We are extremely grateful to their support which has helped get books to children across Manchester.
ATG Access are a leading manufacturer of hostile vehicle mitigation bollards, road blockers & barriers, protecting everything from driveways to airports. They deliver security solutions globally whilst still retaining firm roots in the North West, and as they begin a new series of works in Manchester we at We Love MCR Charity are proud to be their chosen charity partner! Their latest project in Manchester is facilitating the pedestrianisation of Deansgate, which has the effects of improving air quality and encouraging communal use of our public spaces. This is definitely in keeping with our Charity aims of making Manchester a safer, cleaner space for Mancunians, so partnering with ATG Access is a perfect fit.
