Meet The Trustees

Ashley Thorpe
Trustee

Born in Nottingham but making his home in Manchester, Ashley is a children’s author and editor also in children’s publishing. Having gained so much from libraries since his early years, Ashley is dedicated to ensuring that Manchester communities are uplifted and served by their local libraries, and that they act as a safe and welcoming space for all.
